Delivery
Delivery within the UK is free of charge on all purchases, provided your order is placed by 3pm it will be shipped the same day. All products are sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st class and will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days.
Delivery of Goods – Signature Required
If the recipient is in, our carrier will always ask for a signature. If no-one is at home, the carrier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged.
Redstone takes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of any goods once they have been signed for. Any discrepancy between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered, including non-delivery, must be reported to Redstone within 24 hours of receipt.
